What an amazing two weeks it has been! International junior tennis took over the city, and as the final balls were hit this Friday, we’re left reflecting on a truly incredible display of future superstars.
The demand to play in Liverpool has never been higher. The sheer volume of tennis played over the last fourteen days was staggering:
- 1,200+ Applicants: A record-breaking number of young athletes vied for a spot in these prestigious draws
- 350+ Matches: Non-stop action across two weeks
- 3 Tournaments: One Tennis Europe U14 event and two International Tennis Federation (ITF) U18 tournaments
- 30 Nations: A truly global field representing the future of professional tennis
Matches were split between the Liverpool Tennis Centre and Bidston Tennis Centre.
Whether you traveled from across the globe or just from across the Mersey, you brought a level of passion that made these two weeks unforgettable. We hope all participants, coaches, and parents enjoyed everything our fabulous city of Liverpool, the major tennis hub in Great Britain.
